Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Since we work with fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at the best prices, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items may arrive faster than others, as they may ship from different fulfillment centers.
While we work hard to meet these timeframes, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@ortniz.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ortniz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@ortniz.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
